1. Printed-copy availability
Printed delivery is not available for every language pair, request or destination. A printed copy is produced only after the underlying translation service has been accepted and the shipping option has been confirmed. The printed item remains a private translation aid and is not a government-issued licence or permit.
2. Production and delivery estimates
Any production and delivery estimate is provided with the quotation. An estimate begins after payment, receipt of all required readable material and confirmation of the shipping address. Estimates are not guarantees. Carrier disruption, customs, weather, holidays, remote locations and customer response time may cause delay.
3. Customer address responsibility
You must provide a complete and accurate address, including recipient name, building or unit details, postal code and country. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address change after production or dispatch begins. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
4. Shipping method and tracking
The available carrier and service level are confirmed before payment. Tracking is provided only when included in the selected carrier service. A carrier scan or delivery confirmation may be used as evidence of delivery.
5. Customs and import charges
International shipments may be inspected or delayed by customs. Unless the quotation says otherwise, the recipient is responsible for local import charges, duties or taxes. WorldIDP cannot control customs decisions.
6. Loss, damage and non-delivery
Report visible damage or a delivery problem promptly to hello@worldidp.com with the order reference and relevant evidence. We will review carrier information and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or another remedy under our Refund Policy. Personalized printed copies generally cannot be returned for change of mind.
