1. Agreement
These Terms form an agreement between you and WORLDIDP INTERNATIONAL LLC when you access worldidp.com, request a quotation or purchase a service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Translation service
We translate readable information from an existing document into one or more languages, according to a scope confirmed with the customer. Deliverables may be digital or, if expressly offered, printed. The translation reflects the source material supplied and does not create, validate, extend or change any underlying right.
3. What the service is not
- We are not a government agency, licensing authority, embassy, motor vehicle department or law firm.
- We do not issue, renew, replace or certify licences, permits, passports, visas or other government credentials.
- A translation is not a licence or permit and grants no permission to drive, travel or obtain services.
- Unless expressly stated in the confirmed scope, the service is not a sworn, notarized or certified translation.
- We cannot guarantee acceptance by police, border officials, rental companies, insurers, courts or other third parties.
4. Customer responsibilities
You must be at least 18, supply only documents you are legally permitted to use, provide complete and accurate instructions, confirm that source material is current and readable, and verify the receiving party’s requirements before ordering. You must not use the service for fraud, impersonation, document alteration or any unlawful purpose.
5. Quotations, orders and payment
A request is not an accepted order. We may review the material and confirm scope, price, format and expected delivery before work begins. Prices and taxes, if applicable, are shown before payment. You authorize the chosen payment provider to charge the stated amount. We may refuse or cancel requests we cannot lawfully or reliably complete; if we cancel after payment and before delivery, we will refund the affected service.
6. Source quality and corrections
You are responsible for source quality. We may request a clearer copy. Report an apparent translation error within 14 days of delivery and identify the disputed text. Where the delivered translation differs from readable source material due to our error, our primary remedy is correction without additional charge.
7. Delivery
Delivery estimates begin after we have all required materials and payment. Estimates are not guarantees. Delays may result from unclear documents, customer response time, language availability, security checks, email filtering, printing, carriers or events outside reasonable control.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Digital translation work is personalized and may begin soon after payment. Cancellation rights may be limited once work begins with your request or consent. Eligibility and procedure are explained in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Intellectual property and permitted use
You retain rights in material you lawfully submit. You grant us a limited right to process it solely to provide and support the service. We retain rights in our website, layout, templates and branding. You may use the delivered translation for its lawful intended purpose but may not misrepresent it as a government-issued or certified credential.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes personal-information handling. Do not send unnecessary sensitive data or use an unapproved submission channel.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided with reasonable care but without a promise of acceptance, legal effect or suitability for a recipient’s undisclosed requirements. We are not responsible for decisions of government bodies or other third parties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where a limitation is prohibited by law.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, security risk, non-payment or material breach. Provisions intended to survive termination remain in effect.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in Montana will hear disputes, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns informally.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms prospectively. The date above identifies the current version. Questions may be sent to hello@worldidp.com or WORLDIDP INTERNATIONAL LLC, 127 N Higgins Ave Ste 307D #2849, Missoula, MT 59802, USA.
