All content on this website — including the WorldIDP name, logo, text, graphics, images, layout, and design — is the property of WORLDIDP INTERNATIONAL LLC or its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

2Permitted use

You may view and use our website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

3Respect for others' rights

WorldIDP respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws.

4Filing a DMCA notice

If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to hello@worldidp.com including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is allegedly infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
  4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

5Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with similar details. We will review and respond in accordance with applicable law.

6Our response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will act promptly to review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also terminate the access of repeat infringers.
