1Digital delivery
Your digital document is delivered electronically to the email address you provide, typically within minutes of your order being processed. Please check your inbox — and your spam or promotions folder — for your confirmation and document.
Fast digital delivery. Most digital documents arrive within 5 minutes. If you haven't received yours, contact support and we'll resend it right away.
2Printed delivery
If you order the Print + Digital package, we produce and ship a physical copy to the address you provide. You receive the digital version immediately, while the printed copy is sent by mail.
3Shipping methods & timeframes
| Standard shipping | Estimated 15–30 working days, depending on destination. |
| Express shipping | Estimated 3–7 working days, depending on destination. |
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order is processed. They are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers, customs, holidays, or events beyond our control.
4Shipping costs
Shipping costs, if any, are shown clearly at checkout before you pay, based on the method you select. Digital-only orders have no shipping cost.
5Accurate address required
Please double-check your address. We ship to the exact address you enter at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Contact us immediately if you spot a mistake.
6Tracking your order
You can check the status of your order at any time on our Track My Order page using your order reference. For printed orders, tracking details are provided where available.
7Lost or delayed shipments
If your printed document does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate and, where appropriate, re-send your document at no additional cost.
