1Nature of our product
The document provided by WORLDIDP INTERNATIONAL LLC is a private translation of your valid national driver's license, prepared in the spirit of the 1949 Geneva Convention and 1968 Vienna Convention on Road Traffic. It is designed to present the information on your license in multiple languages for the convenience of foreign officials, rental agencies, and others while you drive abroad.
This is not a government document. Our document is not an International Driving Permit (IDP) issued under government authority, is not issued by any government or motoring association, and does not replace your national driver's license.
2No government or association affiliation
WorldIDP is an independent private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency, motor vehicle department, the American Automobile Association (AAA), the Automobile Association of Singapore (AAS), the United Nations, or any official licensing authority.
3No driving rights granted
Our document does not, by itself, grant you any legal right to drive. You may only drive where your original, valid national driver's license permits, and our document must always be carried alongside that license. Driving legally abroad remains your responsibility and depends on local laws.
4No guarantee of acceptance
While our document is designed to be widely useful, we cannot and do not guarantee that any particular authority, police officer, rental company, or other third party will accept it. Acceptance is entirely at the discretion of the receiving party and depends on local rules, which can change.
5Your responsibility
Before traveling or driving abroad, you are responsible for checking the specific requirements of your destination country, including whether an official government-issued IDP is required. We strongly recommend verifying requirements with the relevant embassy, consulate, or official government source.
6Accuracy of information
The translation we produce is based solely on the information and documents you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that everything you submit is accurate, genuine, and belongs to you. We are not liable for errors arising from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you.
7Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorldIDP disclaims all liability for any loss, fine, penalty, denial of service, or other consequence resulting from the use, non-acceptance, or misuse of our document. Use of our product is at your own risk and discretion.
