Money-back guarantee. We stand behind our service. If we are unable to process your order or made an error on our side, you are entitled to a full refund.

2When you are eligible for a refund

You may request a refund in the following situations:

  • We were unable to prepare or deliver your document due to an error on our side.
  • You were charged incorrectly or more than once for the same order.
  • Your order was cancelled before processing began.
  • A printed order was lost in transit and could not be re-delivered.

3When a refund may not apply

Because our digital documents are produced and delivered almost instantly, refunds may not be available once a digital document has been generated and delivered, except where required by law. Refunds may also be declined where:

  • The information or documents you provided were inaccurate, incomplete, or not your own.
  • A third party (such as a foreign authority or rental company) declined to accept the document — acceptance is outside our control.
  • The request is made after the period stated below without a valid reason.

4How to request a refund

  1. Email us at support@worldidp.com with your order reference.
  2. Describe the issue and include any relevant details.
  3. Our team will review your request, usually within 1–3 business days.
  4. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5Refund timeframe

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

6Free replacements

If your document contains an error caused by us, or your printed copy is lost or damaged in transit, we will issue a corrected or replacement document at no extra cost. Simply contact our support team.
